TERMS & CONDITIONS - CREATING A LEGAL BOUNDARY
In the realm of bridal and event hair styling and makeup, our Terms & Conditions serve as the foundation of the legal relationship between our clients and Beautiful Brides by Vesta. These binding terms are carefully crafted to govern the activities of our clients and visitors, ensuring a transparent and protected experience.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF OUR T&C DOCUMENT

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25%- %50(depending on the size of the job) is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding (cash, Venmo, or Zelle accepted on the day if pre-arranged).

No date is held until the deposit is paid.

2. Gratuity (Optional but Appreciated!)

Gratuity is not included in the service price but is welcomed for exceptional service.

Standard tipping is 15–20% (cash preferred on the day).

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable (covers reserved time and lost bookings).

Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment.

Rescheduling is free if done 30+ days in advance (based on availability).

4. Late Fees

A $25 late fee applies if the final payment is not received by the due date.

5. Travel Fees

Locations beyond 20 miles from [Your City] incur a travel fee (1–1–2 per extra mile).

6. Liability & Allergies

Not liable for allergic reactions if the client fails to disclose known sensitivities.

Client must provide a clean, clean open workspace and power access (if needed).

7. Force Majeure (Emergencies)

If the artist cannot perform due to illness/emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered or a well seasoned artist will be introduced to take over.

8. Agreement

By paying the deposit, the client agrees to these terms.

A signed contract (digital or paper) is required to confirm the booking.
